Zonguldak SGK New Building Construction Update
AK Party Provincial Chairman Mustafa Çağlayan announced that the construction of the Zonguldak Social Security Institution (SGK) new building, located on Çınartepe Mahallesi Bülent Ecevit Caddesi, which began in June 2024, is nearing completion. While the main construction of the building has been completed, work on the exterior facade, suspended ceiling, composite cladding, and roof continues without interruption.
Our project, which is 80% complete, will start providing services in August 2025. The new SGK provincial building, which will cost 122 million 761 thousand Turkish Lira, will include 10,000 square meters of closed area, 2 basement floors + ground floor + 3 floors + roof floor, 3 passenger elevators, 1 kitchen elevator, a closed parking lot for 40 vehicles, an open parking lot for 22 vehicles, a conceptual roof project with Skylight system, and an economical heating-cooling system.
